fix error suppresion in store_timeseries chunk#287

@Enovotny these tests are failing because of this which has been fixed w/ USACE/cwms-data-api#1702 but the tests aren't running against the fixed version yet. I've been noticing some chunks dropping in copying over to dev and this fix should help id those. Not sure why we are getting the drops though. Maybe too many requests spawned? To large of payload? |
